Privacy
This page explains what this site collects, why, and how long we keep it. It describes what the site actually does — not what a template says it might do.
Who is responsible
The company named below decides why and how your data is processed. Write to the address below for anything concerning your data.

What we collect
From the forms on this site: your name, business e-mail address, company name, country, and anything you write in the message field. The trade account form also asks about your channel and expected volumes. Your IP address and browser string are stored with the submission so that we can defend against automated abuse.
From an approved trade account: the users you create, the addresses you save, the quotations and orders you place, and the documents you download.
From every visit: the pages requested, the time, and the language your browser asks for. Server logs are kept by the hosting provider for a short period for security reasons.
Why we process it
To answer your enquiry and to decide on a trade account (our legitimate interest in running a business, and steps taken at your request before a contract). To supply goods, issue invoices and keep accounting records (performance of the contract and our legal obligations). To measure whether our advertising works — only where you have given consent.
Who else sees it
Our hosting provider stores the site and its database. Our e-mail provider carries the messages we send you. Where you have consented to marketing cookies, event data about your visit is sent to Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd and, where analytics is consented, to Google Ireland Ltd. Data sent to those companies is hashed before it leaves this site. Accountants, auditors, freight forwarders and customs agents receive what they need for a specific shipment or filing. We do not sell data, and we do not send it to anyone else for their own purposes.
Transfers outside the EEA
We are established in Türkiye, so data reaching us leaves the European Economic Area. The transfer is necessary to perform the contract with you or to take steps at your request before it. Where we use processors in third countries, the transfer rests on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not become an account: two years from the last contact. Trade accounts: for as long as the account is open, and afterwards for the period our tax and commercial law requires. Orders and invoices: the retention period set by law. Analytics and advertising data: as set out on the cookies page.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or erase it, ask us to restrict or stop a particular use, and ask for it in a portable form. Where processing rests on consent, you can withdraw consent at any time without affecting what was done before. Write to the contact above; we answer within one month. If you are not satisfied you may complain to the supervisory authority in your country.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS. Passwords are stored hashed and cannot be read by us. Access to the administration panel requires a password and a second code sent by e-mail. Prices, stock levels and trade documents are only sent to approved accounts.
Children
This is a business portal. It is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect their data.
