Questions buyers ask

If your question is not here, write to us. We would rather answer it properly than guess in public.

What exactly is in a kit?

Laser-cut parts, the fittings needed to assemble them, an illustrated manual, and a 2 mm acrylic dust cover. Many models also include LED lighting. Everything needed to finish the model is in the box.

Are these toys?

No. They are sold as collectors’ items for ages 14 and over. They contain small parts and require tools, adhesive and patience. We classify them this way consistently, on the box and in every language.

Where are they made?

In our own workshop near Ankara, Türkiye. Design, cutting, painting, printing and packing all happen there — there is no second factory in the chain.

Will I pay customs duty?

Not in the European Union. Turkish origin goods travel under the Customs Union with an A.TR movement certificate, and no duty is charged on arrival.

Is the dust cover extra?

No. A 2 mm acrylic cover is included with every model. It is part of the product, not an accessory we sell separately.

Can I get manuals in my language?

Yes. We prepare manuals — and the packaging text that goes with them — in the language of the market you sell into. Ask us about a specific model and market.

Can you make a model of a specific building?

Yes, that is a large part of what we do: museums, city landmarks, flagship stores and corporate gifts. Send us a photograph or a drawing and we will tell you whether it works as a kit.

What are your minimum order quantities and payment terms?

They depend on the model and on the kind of account, so we confirm them in writing rather than publishing a single number. Open a trade account or write to us and you will have them.
